Introduction
Miniature Jigsaw machine can be used to cut & process material more suitable for studetns, such as plywood, paper-based board, organic glass, thin aluminum sheets and aluminum-plastic panels etc. It includes parts such as motor case, head stock, jigsaw case, machine bed etc. The index finger of both hands is recommended to be placed 1CM away from the saw blade, and then cleverly control the hands cycle forward to push the work piece for cutting, when cutting the curve, press the work piece flat with one hand, slowly rotate the work piece with the other hand to adjust the angle and push forward.
Ordinary Jigsaw is one of the kind of machine tools, it is powerful tool used for cutting metal, ceramic, plastic, wood etc. which uses a reciprocating blade to cut irregular curves, circular shapes, bevel. The jigsaw machine is generally used in the industrial field while our miniature Jigsaw is used for the educational field or DIY player, especially STEAM education, students and teachers usuallly use all set of our mini machines in STEAM classroom besides mini jigsaw. The use of jigsaw machine not only exercises children's hands-on ability, but also exercises the ability of innovative thinking to solve practical problems through the comprehensive use of multi-disciplinary knowledge.
Since our mini jigsaw machine have acquired 3C certification and the reciprocating saw blade only cause slight vibration & no cuts in case of finger contact.
There is no plastic components in the whole machine body, every part adopts all-metal design. Most of them adopt two surface treatment methods: electroplating and ink-jet. Headstock of all-metal machine tools and motor case are completely jointed. Due to the modular and standardized design, most of parts can be perfectly fitted into another. Miniature jigsaw machine can smoothly function with fan build-in motor. Machine bed could move much precisely due to the Europe standard T-type aluminium material. The connection block is fixed by square nuts in order to prolong seerevice life.
